Adela is from the Czech Republic and has been with us all season this year. She began her culinary carerer at Guatz Essen in Austria, and later developed the kitchen concept at Coolnest Hotel.

Guest chefs Matthew and Halaigh are taking a weekend away from Oslo to hang with us here at the farm and cook with us.

Matthew North, from England, began his cooking career in London at the well-known wine bar Noble Rot. He moved to Oslo in 2015 and worked at renowned restaurants such as Pjoltergeist and Kolonialen. In 2019, he opened Restaurant Hyde, which has held a Michelin star since 2022. He is today located at Rikkes Hage in Oslo.

Halaigh Whelan McManus started way back and has made his trail through places like Noma, Bar Amour, Hotshop, Varemottaket Oslo, amongst many others, and is now currently running Rikkes Hage.

Experience a tasting menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients from Norway, with fruit and berries from our farm in every plate. We are, of course, pairing ciders, beers and fruit wines from Lindheim.

The session also includes a guided tour of our cellar and a tasting of our fruit wines fermented in sandstone amphorae.
Drinks during the dinner are not included in the price but will be available for purchase, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

We’ve been looking forward to gathering people around one long table in the garden — to celebrate the season with what we grow, forage, and source locally. In addition to meats and fish, the menu will be shaped by what the garden, the forest and nature offers: mushrooms, fruits, berries and flowers.
